At Dressed & Done, we work hard to ensure your order is processed accurately and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items Most ready-to-ship craft supplies and accessories are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Handmade, Custom & Personalized Items Custom, handmade, and personalized items are made to order and typically require 3–5 weeks for production before shipment.

Processing times are clearly stated on each product page and may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please allow up to 2 additional business days as carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.

If your order is still missing after this period, please contact us at info@dressedanddone.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist you.

Dressed & Done is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer:

  • Orders cannot be changed once production has started
  • Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun on a custom item.
