How long does it take to process my order?
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and handmade items require 3–5 weeks for production before shipment due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin production quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at info@dressedanddone.com as soon as possible.
Shipping
How long will shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (US) or 7–21 business days (international). Processing time is separate from transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, allow 2 additional business days. If still missing, contact us at info@dressedanddone.com and we'll work to resolve it.
