Refund policy

At Dressed And Done, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we offer. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final on Custom & Personalized Items Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized (including custom sneakers, jewelry, and monogrammed accessories), these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

Eligible Returns Items that are not customized or personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dressedanddone.com with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@dressedanddone.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. A restocking fee of *$50.00 applies to all eligible returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
